An operational software transformation that moved a legacy desktop attendance application into a cloud-based, accessible, manageable and scalable SaaS architecture.
The existing attendance system was desktop-based. Usage was device-dependent, data was not centralized and update and maintenance processes moved forward manually. As the company grew, branch management, users, permissions, reporting and remote access needs started to hit the limits of the desktop architecture.

The old desktop logic was moved into a cloud-based SaaS structure accessible over the web. A new system architecture was designed around user management, authorization, personnel records, attendance entries, reporting, centralized data management and a multi-tenant structure that could later open to different companies.
The workflow was first analyzed through existing habits; then the data model, user roles, web interface, API structure and admin panel were organized in line with SaaS logic. Where ready-made software was not sufficient, the project centered on building a company-specific digital infrastructure.
The attendance process stopped being tied to a single machine. Data became centralized, access became easier and the system moved into a structure that was more open to maintenance and further development. The desktop software stopped being just a “working program” and became a scalable operational product.
