An AI-supported workflow that turns a manager's WhatsApp messages into cloud-based tasks and centralizes assignment and follow-up across the team.
Managers often assigned work through WhatsApp. But tasks given as messages could easily get lost, ownership and timing were unclear and follow-up relied on personal memory or manual control. WhatsApp was fast for communication, but not structured for task management.

A task organization system was designed that turns the manager's WhatsApp messages into tasks, assigns them to the relevant person and makes them trackable in a cloud-based panel. The goal was to convert the manager's existing habit into an operational record without disrupting how they already work.
WhatsApp messages were treated as the entry point. A structure was designed to extract fields such as task title, responsible person, deadline, description and follow-up status from the message content. On the cloud panel side, task listing, status tracking, user-based assignment and notification flow were designed. The core focus was to centralize processes that are otherwise run through Excel, WhatsApp or scattered tools.
WhatsApp conversations became connected to an operational tracking system. Tasks stopped getting lost in message noise and became assignable, trackable and reportable. Managers kept their speed; teams gained clarity.
